FAQs

  • Will the Nativity County Fair be held this fall?

The magnitude of our traditional County Fair weekend has grown exponentially over the years, and we do not believe we can meet all of the current or anticipated restrictions and guidelines that such a public event would demand. We know this decision is very disappointing news for everyone, and we wish it wasn’t necessary.

We plan to have a virtual fair this year that will have community building events including a Raffle, Silent Auction and a virtual Live Auction evening event.

  • Will there be rides and games?

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions set by the state of MN, we will not have rides or games during the Nativity County Fair weekend.

  • Are you still going to sell t-shirts, hats and other NCF gear?

The sale of t-shirts and hats was online only this year and ordering closed on August 25th.

  • Why can’t we just move the fair to spring?

Nativity of Our Lord Church and School leadership do not want to alter our nearly 50 year tradition of having the Nativity County Fair in the fall.  In addition, we are unsure of our ability to host an event in the spring due to the unpredictability of Covid-19.  We plan to come back stronger than ever for our 2021 Nativity County Fair.
